The villa of 350m2 is situated on a plot of 1000m2. 7 bedrooms (14 people), large terraces, sky lounge on the roof terrace, and barbecue on all terraces.
It is divided into 3 apartments each with an individual private entrance. All parts of the house and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and new high standing beds “queen size” (180×200).
In the first apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen with seating windows overlooking a large terrace with panoramic views of Ibiza and the sea, 2 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. The second apartment is a small kitchen, a large living room with bay windows opening onto a large terrace with panoramic views, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
In the third apartment is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with overhead projector and “sound around” opening onto a large terrace with panoramic views and direct access to the pool. This apartment consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
The whole house is equipped with flat screen TVs with satellite channels and Wifi internet everywhere even outside, pool, roof terraces.
